A deeply relaxing, slow practice to ground and connect the mind, body, and heart. Bolsters, blankets, blocks, and cushions support you in each shape, so your body can fully release. Poses are held for a minimum of 5 minutes, with nothing to work toward except stillness.
Gentle prompts guide you to sense throughout the body for tension, contraction, and gripping, and to let go as much as you can. This gives your nervous system space to settle and integrate. It's a way of being in your body that's tender, compassionate, and supportive, helping you build a deeper, more embodied sense of self.
Come here to rest, not to push.
